If you can at all help it, buy the wired version. This one works great but is a pain in the ass to charge up all the time. Do it proper, and wire up your door bell!

This is great especially as I have multiple floors. I’ve managed to link it to Alexa ( I’m a bit of a technophobe) I did ring the uk support number who were super helpful. I’m not sure how long the battery will last time will tell but it includes a usb charging cable. The sticky pads included are super strong. I’ve attached mine to upvc.The motion detector is super sensitive. If like me you don’t have much front garden, it could become problematic as I now know when cars are passing. Overall it was reasonably easy to install. I’m considering adding outdoor cameras to this system.I can also ask Alexa to show me the front door camera live footage on my tv via my fire stick. And Alexa notifies me when motion is detected at front door which is great for deliveries.I also purchased 3 echo dots for different areas of the house. So I’ve linked everything up via Wi-Fi. If I can do it anyone can. Top tip set Alexa app up first with echo dots.

Easy to install either by screws or high strength glue pad for holding panel. Clear picture always, you can set your own detection range so that if traffic is a problem you can block that part of the motion detection. There are different levels of alert status from low to high, Choose your own ringtone although more choices would be better.I wouldn't be without mine as I'm disabled and have issues answering the door, this makes it so much easier for me as I can answer it whilst still sitting down, ask them to either leave the parcel on the door step or wait whilst I make my way to the door, or if its someone like a sales rep or the like I can speak to them without the pressure of being at the door at all. If your in bed there is no need to get up to answer the door, it can all be done from your mobile phone, and even better if your not in you can still talk to them through the app and tell them where to leave your parcel safely till you get back.What more could you ask for.

Easy to use and set up. Just download the toucan app and set up device with wifi. Get notified everytime motion is detected and bell rung. Chime is loud and clear. Good product.

Good picture quality during day not over Good at night battery needs charging every 2-3 weeks not a bad product for the price

The hardware (doorbell) is OK, I do like it, but the app sucks. The app was Updated 11 December 2021 yet still rubbish. Messing up with other notifications on the phone, making them very quiet and impossible to make it louder till the app is killed. I can see from the feedbacks on app 2.7, so Toucan do not much care about their business, do they? Pity. Oh, well. Just bought it and had it installed, so if that’s the way Toucan play and will not be fixed within 27 days this will be returned so I can get full refund. I am NOT paying for carelessness and sloppy job. My kids do better apps then Toucan do. Also, the app drains phone battery too. I have tried on various Samsung phones. Long story short; the android app is rubbish.Finally, Toucan want you to pay if you would like to share the “device” with i.e wife, husband or kids. You cannot use the same logging credentials on different phones at the same time. One phone at the time or pay (subscription) for “Pro”. What?!

Picture quality is excellent as is ease of install ion and operation …. But , motion detection is a pain it picks up every car at end of driveway (5 Metres) so I’ve set background to orange to eliminate motion detection but it still goes off , there’s no option to disable motion detection , then there’s the battery life forget 1 to 2 months it’s a week to 10 days you probably get what you pay for ? , on this occasion I should of spent more , I’ll probably bin it at some point and get one with more features and battery life
