Bought to brighten my teeth along with the Sonic toothbrush. I use it once a week. Mostly for the front part of my teeth. I am a smoker. I don’t have badly stained teeth. This has a wonderful mint flavor, it’s gentle on my sensitive teeth and I noticed my teeth are two shades brighter. It truly works. I forgot to take a before pic, but will take a pic of my teeth now and another pic after a few more uses to provide an update. So far, this has been money well spent. Received compliments since I’ve been using this. I do not brush this on the back teeth as I have had dental work done. Only on the front of my top and bottom teeth. Will continue to buy more.
