Half cookies were crumbled
3 stars for only half the cookies that arrived intact. The rest were in crumbles. The cookies themselves are very good. I’d compare them to Tates. Whomever is supposed to oversee shipping should arrange for item like this to be protected properly when packed. These were just stuck in a big paper shopping bag and shipped. I needed these to serve at Low Tea today. I should have gotten off my duff and went to the nearby store. The cookies are good. They arrive crumbled.

Terrible shipping
The cookies are great but if you have them sent to you be prepared to eat with a spoon. Got 2 bags and in both the cookies were crushed. Very disgusted with the shipping.

crisp is the way
jeff often fire sales different chewy cookies and bars, but you rarely find a good quality crispy anything under $6/lbs, so when i stumbled on to a sale here, i added it to my s&s and waited a few weeks. i got 8/26 in 5/26 while maybe 4:12 cookies broke in half, but i didn't care... leaving a quarter cookie on my tongue while i drink my home brew from beans morning joe was just the slice of heaven i remember.
