I have generalized anxiety disorder...I can tell when a supplement/ medicine is effective on me. Within 30 minutes I felt so calm...? Had me taken back haha. Fair warning, it calmed me down too much ahaha. I ended up going to sleep. Thankfully I took it at night when I was trying this out. I recommend if you're trying this out for the first time to take it at night. I plan on getting on the subscription plan once I get paid again.
