Very disappointing!
I was so looking forward to the arrival of this bag! All reviews were really positive and I thought I’d finally found my perfect bag. I ordered the grey one. However, when it arrived I was bitterly disappointed. Yes, it’s leather but coated with a finish that made it look (in my opinion) like plastic. The grey was a silvery colour therefore and the bag certainly not soft. The shoulder straps were fiddly to attach and the leather one marked in places where it had been folded over. This bag is far from cheap but (again in my view) not worth the money. I immediately repacked it and returned. So - I shall continue my hunt for the perfect bag! Unfortunately, this one wasn’t it.

Classy and chic
Have bought this for my daughter in laws birthday. Hope she likes it. If not I will certainly keep it as it is of such high quality and looks really classy.

Carina, bella manifattura ma non è vera pelle
Borsa carina, rifiniture simmetriche e precise, automatici a calamita e ganci tracolla di qualità.Pecca: non è vera pelle e ciò lo si nota subito dal classico odore di plastica invece che quello inconfodibile della vera pelle.Le borse in vera pelle riportano sul tassello di prova esterno o internamente, il marchio a pressione "vera pelle" o "pelle genuina". Nel caso specifico di questa borsa non viene menzionato da nessuna parte se non nell'involucro esterno sull'adesivo del film di protezione o in descrizione sul sito. Non è menzionato da altre parti. Inoltre ci sono tanti altri segni distintivi per cui è chiaro che non sia vera pelle.Penso che procederò col reso poiché la cifra spesa può anche giustificare per un quarto la manifattura, ma per i restanti tre quarti non giustifica il materiale.

Lovely product and excellent seller
I bought the grey bag and I love it!It’s a good size and the wide shoulder strap makes it easy to carry. It’s beautifully made and has that lovely leather smell.I had some queries and found the seller to be most helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend.

Doesn't feel or look leather
Sadly I will be returning this bag as it doesn't look leather at all. It's a great shape and size just what I was looking for, but doesn't look £100 worth of bag.
