Very Good!
Arrived on time and functions exactly as I expected. It took about ten seconds to mount, very easy. The color is slightly different from the older existing base, but not enough to matter.

Direct replacement: just as flimsy
Works just like the original: in other words, it's cheap plastic with a poor hinge design. Why the manufacturer makes it so that the plastic has to bend when it opens, I really don't know.
