Es un inhalador que lo usa toda mi familia. Incorporamos las pastillas de mentol para un mayor efecto. I purchased this to help with a sinus infection. It worked very well 2-3 times and in the middle of using it, it just stopped working. It has a slight vibration to it while on. And I felt it suddenly stop as if the motor gave out. It no longer heats or produces steam. I am currently trying to find a way to get my money back for it. When I went to initiate a return, I was told it was non-returnable. I am absolutely livid about it!!! I was sold a defective product and now they’re saying I can’t return it!? That is unacceptable. I went with this brand over the more popular Vick’s brand because it was slightly cheaper. BIG mistake! Hopefully I will get this sorted out. But in the meantime I don’t have what I need for relief from sinus pain. I am just sick about it. :( DO NOT BUY!! Wasted my Time and money on this. I hardly ever write reviews. But I am so very upset about this.
