It's just a good rose smelling hair serum for everyday use and I use it on dry hair as well. I have coarse Indian hair and of course this is too light for me to depend just on this so I use it with other product but overall I would say it's a good product.

Mise En Scene Perfect Rose Perfume Serum Lovely, I have long, full, but fine hair. Have tried many serums, but this one is perfect for my hair type. It dries with no weight, or oily feeling. It leaves my hair feeling fuller and shinier. The scent is lovely, but light, it is not noticeable once dry. I had not considered it as a hair growth product, but will pay attention for that. I plan to keep on using. I apply with the tips of my fingers, and have noticed my cuticles love it.
