Can you add a water bottle? Specifically, I'm looking at the 12".

It will be a separate attachment. Not included with the bike. Also, 12" may be too tall for small sizes on this bike

Q:We (like others) are having problems with the chain falling off. It falls off every time my four year old rides his bike, is there a solution?

My experience is with the 14” bike. Having read reviews with the chain falling off or the training wheels loosening, I first loosened the back wheel. I then put a piece of wood between the frame and the back wheel. I used the wood as a lever to make the chain taut, and then tightened the nut as I kept tension on the wood. I then attached the training wheels. We have had this bike over 4 months, I have never had an issue with the chain.

2 random black knobs, silver washers, two black caps. What do I do with these?

2 random black knobs are the protective cover for transportation purpose. Silver washers may be used on training wheels. and black caps are put on wheel axles. Please send us photos(joystar_service@joykie.com)

Does the 20" come with training wheels? And whats the weight restriction for it?

Yes it comes with training wheels- sorry I don’t know the weight restrictions. My grandson loves it, only had training wheels on for a couple of days!
