50W Dummy Load
Small, compact, works as expected. Good quality and value. Has the correct connector for PL259.

It works.
Not much to say other than with my most powerful radio (25w), it does not get hot. 1 to 1 swr as expected. Works good for testion power on my HT and moble radios.

Essential Item for Testing, Happy With This Purchase
If you're going to test/troubleshoot/tune radios, a quality dummy load is an essential item and I'm very happy with this purchase! Plenty of fins for efficient heat dissipation, checks out at 50 ohms, no problems here.

Works as designed
With my RigExpert antenna analyzer, I get 1:1.0 SWR on all bands, as expected. On some bands I see some really minor blips above that ideal SWR. Not sure what that's about, but I also don't care.

Works fine. UHF has little higher swr
This load worked pretty well over wide range. The load resistance was about 49 ohms in most of HF and VHF range, it dropped little bit over 400Mhz. In entire HF and VHF it gave a SWR <1.1. At about 200Mhz SWR reached 1.2 and went little further over 500Mhz. I used the Nano VNA H4 for sweep and also a VHF/UHF transceiver. Nano VNA uses harmonics over over 300Mhz, so not sure if that added to the higher swr.Overall a very usable load for most part. I did not test it over 20W.

must have item
I use this for testing radio output. It works...

Good resistive dummy load. 50 ohm.
Heavy duty and does the job of simulating an antenna load. Rated at 50 watts, It will handle most jobs for alignment and testing on any band up to 900 Mhz. with no problems. My applications will be on 440 to 470 Mhz and/or below. Good and needed item for any electronics communications work bench at a reasonable price.
