Great boot, really well made super strong.Thick sole that sokes up all the lumps and bumps.Took a while to break in though so I wore them to work and while visiting a few car boot fairs now there so comfortable highly recommend

I love the fit and the comfort of these boots but the first time I went out in bad weather they let water in badly. Well one did and the other didn't. I wasn't walking through puddles or anything, just walking in the rain. Amazon were excellent and replaced the product immediately for me - although I had to go through the convoluted online help system as they were outside of the return period.I've done a couple of walks in the new ones and they are just as comfy as the first pair (tight but breaking in now). They have a nice tight heal and broad toe and I find them much more comfortable than some other brands I've tried (which seem much narrower in the toe). Fingers crossed they'll keep my dry this time although I've bought Sealskinz socks to be on the safe side as I'll always lack true confidence in them.

Only had these a few days so was dreading the breaking in process, but to my surprise they were comphy from the off, I read good and bad reviews and so far so good but have downloaded this invoice as the manufacturer guarantees defects for 12 month so will we have to wait and see I don't find them slippy at all and I go over wet rock everyday, I clean and inspect the boots daily so watch this space as there may be updates as the months roll by.12/8/22 now the honey moon is well over the insoles have been replaced as the wear went on I was getting very sore by mile by mile you could feel every groove of the soles every little square I would expect a lot better for the money a doubt I will ever buy salewa again

Had these for around 8 months and so far they have been better than I could have imagined. Not a single blister after some fairly vigorous walks. They fit great with a pair of thick walking socks and other folks recommendation of getting a size bigger has been a good choice for me.I have a 2 week break in the Scottish Highlands in November so they will definitely get a proper test then. Will update the review after this.But so far they have been worth every penny. Cracking set of hiking boots.

Absolutely brilliant boots high class comfortable waterproof and light weight well built too.

I have owned a lot of boots and walked many mountains. These boots excelled. I have just walked in the scottish Highlands with every weather condition and terrain thrown at me. Perfect comfort, warm throughout, really good grip on anything, light but with enough flex to feel what is under you. Great boots - the best I have ever owned!

These boots are quite simply the best, most comfortable, straight out of the box wear ever!Not tested in rough terrain yet but worn for around 7 hours walking on flat and incline/decline and no issues with feet moving around causing friction or blisters at all.Go get yourself a pair of these!
