I’ve had my Barista Pro for several years and never was impressed. Watched a youtube that showed me how to actually change the grind size and set it up properly. They recommended a bottomless portafilter so after looking at several more expensive ones I decided to give this one a try. It was amazing. Im finally making coffee at home much better than starbucks. Don’t pass up this deal! One thing I noticed is that I have to put it on tighter than the original portafilter or it will spray espresso under pressure. But I learned and the difference is night and day. Great product!

As you can see in the photo, the shape and thickness of the side tabs are not the same. Left is the product, right is the one shipped with Bambino Plus.

This had a very tight fit when attaching to the group head. I was afraid that continued use would damage my machine and cause the original portafilter to be too loose to use anymore. I returned it.

Great filter ! For price

This is a nice, well constructed portafilter EXCEPT, the filter cup is very 'square', not tapered and therefore does not clear with a bump on the knock box. It does not clear with a bang on the knock box. I have to return it.

Coffee droplets splash everywhere

Was a little strange adopting this as there is no bottom channel ports like what came with our portafilter. But this is beautiful, well made, great value. Definitely would recommend and I would buy again although construction is great so pretty confident this will last a lifetime.
