KoolpakIce Bag and Neoprene Wrap

I find this great to for giving some relief to tennis elbow.Yes it is easier to use on the knee and for the elbow probably needs someone else to help get a good tight wrap around the elbow. I initially found there wasn't enough velcro to allow for a tight fit, but this was easily fixed by adding a bit more ice/water to the bag, which in turned bulked everything out enough for the velcro to stick.

Incredibly simple - a decent icebag and a simple neoprene knee support. Just wrap the knee support around the icebag (filled with icecubes and a little cold water) and knee (you can put the spout of the icebag through the hole, usually for the kneecap, in the knee support. Much more cooling effect than something you put in the freezer. I'm sure it could look more elegant but who cares - it works.

So simple but hugely effective way to treat injuries, aches and pains. I play sport regularly and have a number of ice packs but the problem is once they are no longer cold they take hours to freeze again. With this ice bag you just refil it with more ice!I also find it more comfortable to have pressed against an injury. Ice packs are generally quite firm but this one is soft and unobtrusive.I have just bought a second one. Love the product and highly recommend.

Absolutely fabulous for my knee!! I have pain both front and back and it’s easy to move it around AND to walk around carrying on with my day with it strapped on. Really pleased!

This is a great product. I'm post op after knee surgery and have swelling which responds well to ice. Having struggled with snaplock bags of crushed ice which drip water all over the place, I search for a better solution. This Koolpack Ice Bag hasn't disappointed. The only issue I've found is it tends to slide down the leg if I walk with it on, but in all fairness, I shouldn't. Elevate while icing is a much more effective way of using cold therapy.
