We purchased this spacious playpen for our cats who were immediately excited when we began to put it together using the instructions included. During assembly, one of the wooden dowels broke while trying to pull the covering over the structure. Thankfully, I was able to contact customer support and they were incredibly helpful in resolving our issue easily. Our playpen is now fully assembled and our cats love it! Make sure your dowels are really tightly fitted into the plastic joints and try your best to line up the joints with the seams of the cover and that will make it much easier to zip up. Overall it's a great size, plenty roomy for both cats to hang out, and the material of the covering feels sturdy. Our cats get to enjoy a taste of the outdoors without the risk which is a win for all of us.

The playpen is the perfect size for the kitten before introducing him to the house, but was so difficult to put together. It was going really well until the LAST wooden pole, which was at least 2 inches too long. After a lot of aggravation we ended up sawing 2 inches off and it fit. That unfortunately wasn’t the last of the problem - my kitten wasn’t in it for 5 minutes before the top zipper slid right off the track, and will not go back in. There NEEDS to be a stopper on the zipper, and a backup zipper. One zipper without an end just asks for disaster.Edit: they rectify the situation by sending a new one. I’m sure the construction will not change but at least I’ll have back up parts in case this one becomes unusable.

I had 2 cats with litters at the same time. I bought 2 of these and it was the perfect size for momma, babies, beds, food bowls and litter box. As they got older and wanted to make more of a mess with their litter boxes I zip tied them together where the doors are so the litter box would have its own tent. It held up to 2 moms and 9 kittens with 2 big male cats sitting on top of it so they could peek in at the babies. It was east to keep clean with a vacuum and disinfectant wipes and if it got really messy a delicate wash cycle didn't hurt it either. Both litters are grown now and both tents are still in use as I found it makes a great spot to put the litter box with 0 tracking across my floors.

So the zipper was faulty, some of the teeth didn't line up and it popped off. Then when getting it back together I had to cut the dowel rods shorter so there was enough fabric left to sew the zipper shut. After all that it took my kitten 1 hour to work a hole into it. I thought the dowel rods would be nice as they are cheap and easy to replace. But the quality of the zipper makes this entire thing not worth it. You'd be better off getting a collapsible one and fitting a dowel frame to it. I just set this up today as he got neutered and I already have duck tape on it to fix the hole he made. 1 star is not low enough to account for the frustration buying this product created.

I needed something for a litter of kittens these work just fine.This is the 2nd one I have got, the first one lasted 4 litters of kittens and 6 washes, the cats attacked the zipper to much and it ripped.It's great for outdoors or if you're going to a hotel and you don't want your cat messing stuff up while your gone.It takes about 15 min to set up, or take apart and store.10/10✨ worked for me, lasted a long time, and way cheeper than a ugly metal cage
