No good
It says it’s useful for macula degeneration sufferers. My husband has MD in both eyes one wet MD and one dry. This magnifying glass was meant to be 10x strength but I’ve seen and bought stronger ones from several high street stores

Good quality
Purchased this for my 93 yr mother. She was having difficulty reading cooking instructions on food packages and small print in magazines. This has helped a lot. It would be handy to have an attachment that could enable it to be used hands free on occasions, to be able to write such things as cheques, but still be able to use handheld.

Not 10x magnification
Not truly 10x magnification. Bought for relative with AMD to replace 6x magnification glass and this one is less magnification than the 6x old one!
