The first fryer we got wouldn't hold temperature beyond 360 degrees. If you don't do a lot of frying that might not sound like a big deal. But, what it means is limp fries and greasy doughnuts. Bummer!We tried living with this and kept the fryer for a few days past the Amazon return window. As it turns out, that wasn't a big deal because the manufacture stands by their warranty. Amazon sent me to a page I could write them and they sent a new fryer here no questions asked. What's more, I got that replacement in a few days. It came more quickly than the original order!The replacement holds 376 degrees, a few degrees hotter than promised. We made doughnuts this morning with it and we couldn't be happier. Bottom line: This manufacture STANDS BY THEIR PRODUCTS! You can trust that you'll get a good fryer, or they will make it right!
