Dry eye help
I bought this because my wife and I like to travel but I have bad dry eyes and needed something to replace my daily dry eye mask. I would carry the eye mask that you microwave but for some reason almost all hotels I’ve stayed at don’t have microwaves so I would struggle. Fortunately this mask has a usb cord so I can plug it in at any outlet and get the dry eye relive I need. It would be 5 starts if it fit better around the eyes. It heats up well and works good too but I found the slight bulkiness to be a bit uncomfortable. Not enough to not want to use it but it does bother my eyes a bit after a while. Other than that I would recommend it.

Cord stopped working in about a year
I liked it, but after awhile the eye mask wouldn't stay on. It just kept shutting off. Had it working for about 10 months.

Overall Excellent Dry-Eye Mask!
First off, a lot of people are talking about the small, goggle-like design and pressure on your eyelids being a "con".But it's only a "con" if you're not using it for dry-eye relief. The mask is supposed to apply heat/pressure directly on the lashline where oil glands are located & become clogged. The idea of this mask is to apply direct heat to that area and have enough weight to do so. The elastic band held you better adjust it to the lashline (or wherever is comfortable). So the design is actually purposeful & correct for treating dry eye.I plug this into my alarm clock, lay it across my bed, and go to sleep with it set for 60 minutes on high. I wake up a lot during the night, so I just remove it when ever I first wake up.The cord is long, but not long enough to stretch from bed to a power source without a workaround. I've pulled my alarm clock off the nightstand several times just laying flat on my back. The cord hangs to the right side of your face & the mask only heats up on one side. I'm not sure if this the way it's supposed to work, but you can only wear it one way (so you can't flip the cord to the left side, which would alleviate my cord-length issue). It works well, is sturdy, soft, and heats up fast. Lights & buttons are easy to see and use.It hasn't help my dry-eye disease overall thus far, but my Docs are still trying to figure out which kind of eye disease I have (related to Sjögrens disease). The heat doesn't feel "moist" from the beads compared to microwaveable masks, but my microwave mask only stay warm for about 6 minutes, not long enough to unclog ducts or treat dry-eye (10 min minimum recommended by Docs). This mask starts at 15 minutes and goes to 30 and 60 minutes. This mask actually helps me fall asleep much faster due to warmth and moderate pressure on my eyes. I just tried washing the cover today, and it's awkward since you can't remove the cord & heating elements are inside, but we'll see if it works. My only major issue is that I've only been using it for a month and it went from "very hot" to "barely hot" on the highest setting pretty quickly. I take good care of it, so for the price, I expect it to last way longer than this.I will reach out to customer service as this might just be a defective mask, but when it was fully heating up, it was really awesome! This doesn't come with a bag, so that's a little inconvenient when trying to keep the eye area clean and manage all the cordage. I use a satin shower cap as a "bag" once I'm done using it for the night. So a bag would be a big bonus. I'll update & adjust my rating accordingly once I've contact customer service about the fading heat issue I'm having. But otherwise, would recommend and am really enjoying it for dry eye relief and insomnia otherwise!

Great for stye
This heated eye pad works great for headaches and for eye issues. I have a very stubborn stye inside the eye lid and doing the heating pad everyday for 30 mins has improved it greatly.

Gets too warm
Product gets so warm on lowest setting that it is uncomfortable.

Works Good
Mask is kinda small narrow, wished it was a bit wider with more loose beads. So it could nicely squish your eyes. This one is tight not loose. This mask does get somewhat steamy.

A Good Mask as Long as You Have Some Previsions
I use this product for helping with my dry eyes. It works well. My personal issue is that I have to press the mask in the middle onto my nose because the tightness of the elastic band causes the mask to rise off my nose. Which in turn prevents the inside edges of my eyes from feeling the warmth of the mask. When I loosen the strap there isn’t enough pressure to keep the mask on my eyes. As a solution I press the mask down onto my nose and the problem is solved. Other than that, the mask works great. I love the timer because I find myself falling asleep often when using the mask. The material feels durable and the cord is positioned out of the way. Just be prepared to use an adapter from your phone or other device to plug it in. The unit does not come with one.

Works so far.
It is perfect to sit right on the eyeball for dry eyes. I just want it to last. I just got it today and used it. I will update in a few weeks to see how it holds up since some reviews state it quits working. Mine is still working and doing a great job.
