Cutter came in a white box without instructions. Good thing a quick search turned up YouTube videos explaining the cutting guides (on either side of the business end) and depth setting guide (button at the butt end of the cutter).

I don't leave reviews often, but I felt obligated to leave a review for this item since it is so special. I didn't think that the design of a box cutter could be so improved over the standard push-out-pull-back types. Three main components that make this special: (1) The holster and lanyard: Keeps it tethered to you without being in the way. It's just the right design to be efficient, but not bulky and in the way. Never have to worry again about misplacing it while I'm doing something that requires putting it down/away intermittently. (2) The blade guard: it has a small extendable arm on each side that you press against the side of a box/item, and allows you to make a perfectly straight cut following the edge, about 1 cm away. This is brilliant for breaking down boxes, especially removing box flaps. (3) The blade extension: squeezing the handle extends the blade only enough to cut through a standard box and no more. It seems like it would be tough to cut yourself with it by accident. It has an adjustment knob to change how much you want it to extend from the device, or an "Lock" setting which acts as a safety. Finally, it does use small blades, but it's embarassingly easy to change them. It even comes with two replacement blades stored inside, which is good because otherwise I wouldn't realize how easy it is to store the replacement blades. It's also very simple to replace a blade -- when you open the top, the blade just pulls out and the replacement drops in effortlessly.

I got this knife for my job and the knife works great I love they holster because I could never find my knife. I love how you can change the angle of the holster so if you drop something and bend down you can rotate the holster and have it not poke into you. My only issue is the blade is too short I will have it on setting 3 and its a little too short for me I feel like it would be better with one more inch of blade but other than that its amazing!!
