Ingredients and amounts?

You should be able to see the ingredients on the back of the bottle online. If not, it is pretty much all plant derived and about every B vitamin you could ask for. You take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 with your evening meal. One bottle is 1 month's supply. After 3 weeks of use, I got the Amazon subscription for it. I wanted to be sure I had it every month without having to remember to order it. I am so thankful to be off of the prescription drug I was on.

Has anyone switched from lyrica to neuropaquell ? do you feel that it was as effective as lyrica?
