I’ve had this entertainment unit about a year and it has been great. It looks good. I had to have it installed and assembled by a technician. It’s very sturdy because we didn’t directly install on the wall. We supported it first. It’s quite heavy but so far it’s been great. No issues with it. I was able to fit a 65 in. Television in it. Great value for what I paid for it.

I love the look of the finished product. It took a bit of time for the contractor to build and install the product. He had to take additional measures to ensure the wall unit was secured properly to hold the t.v. even though the size of the t.v fits the specifications of the wall unit. The product isn't as sturdy as it should be and the wall unit's measurements/cut are not exact for proper installation. Lastly, If you notice the LED strip in the upper right corner isn't sticking properly. The light is very bright. All in all. I love the look of the product for the price and the contractor did an excellent job installing it.

I hired a professional to assemble it and it took him around 4-5 hours. It is a decent entertainment panel, really brings off the living room. My biggest issue with it is that the LED stripes has a big square box on the plug and it cannot fit in the space when the panel is mounted. The Manufacturers didn't make any sort of provision for it. So I had to hitch it up on the side which kinda deface the whole sleek look.

It looks beautiful the problem for me is that one of the gliders was broken and 12 of the 12mm screws for the drawers were missing and not to mention that this thing is very very heavy. If i had to guess i would say it weighs 300 pounds your gonna need some one to help you mount it on the wall. 😳Dont try to pick it up by yourself😳 One last thing is that the holes where the gliders are supposed to be screwed in the drawers were not there 😒 Also your gonna need an electric driller to put the anchor and screws in the wall.

The only thing is good about this product is the design. Everything else is a cheap quality. It has such a poor quality that I was afraid to touch it in order for it not to fall apart. I couldn't even tie the screw well, because if you put a little more effort to make it tight, the board around would start to crack, chip, and the screw would just keep spining and not hold pieces together. It is very delicket, even though it should be sturdy and strong to hold the tv and other stuff on the shelf. Instructions are also not very good. It took me a while to figure out the correct positioning of the boards and screw wholes. Plus, the gap between the wall and the main big board is so small that it is unreal to have anything pluged in and have the wires hiden. Eventhough, the whole point of this stand is to hide all the wires.

The product was difficult to assemble and it’s heavy, so I hired some men off of TaskRabbit to put it together and mount everything for me. They were unable to get my TV’s power cables through the hole in the back. But, I think that was their error, no fault of the manufacturer at all. So I do plan to have someone else come out and see if they can do the trick. If not, I’ll find some other creative way to conceal things. The manufacturer however, provided excellent customer service. Once the men pulled everything out of the boxes they discovered that the instruction manual was missing. I sent a message to the manufacturer and they emailed me back within 10 minutes with a pdf of the instructions. Just to find out that the instructions were actually in the box the entire time… but it’s good to know that they are very responsive even on weekends. I will probably send them another message in regards to concealing the cables as well… lol. It does take a lot to put together and you will need assistance hanging and mounting for sure… but it is definitely worth it.

This item is very cheaply made and not sturdy at all. I build items all the time for my clients. This item was falling apart before I even got to try and put it in the wall. I had to use extra nails just to get it to stay in place. I get the thing all build only for one of the drawers to not fit properly. I figured out a way to make it work with out the one drawer. So my team an I got the item up in the wall. The next day I’m on my way to my next clients home only to get a call that not only did the item fall out the wall but brought the wall with it! I’m livid! Not only do I have to refund my client but I am now responsible for fixing their wall. It’s been a week of going back and forth and no one has reached out and no one has refunded me for the item even after complaining several times. DO NOT waste your time purchasing this item not worth the headache.

One of the best things I've ever bought, it fits perfectly and really enhances the look of the house.
