I wish I had studied pictures of this product and given more weight to the negative reviews. The bag is dependent on the zipper to hold it closed. There are no additional straps to take the pressure off the zipper. The zipper is too flimsy. The straps are too flimsy. If packed full with clothes, even fluffy clothes, I suspect that it would not survive as checked baggage for even a single trip. It's best use is to be left folded up in its cute little packet and used in emergencies, lightweight emergencies, or used for storing old clothes or stuffed animal toys in the attic. Or simply returned.

This is a great backup or extra suitcase/bag for travel, and it is definitely sturdy. I checked it all the way from Tokyo to Florida, and it showed up in one piece with everything intact. It fits over the handle of a larger suitcase but can be a little unwieldy if the suitcase is not big enough because this duffel will make things top heavy. It ended up causing my suitcase to fall over several times while trying to navigate through Tokyo’s subway to the airport, but even after being thrown around and everything, it never ripped or got damaged, so I guess that is also a testament to its sturdiness. I would definitely recommend the bag to anyone looking for a nice folding pack able duffel for travel!

It isn't as light-weight as my other foldable bags but I really bought it because I wanted to be able to slip it over the handle of my suitcase and it was better priced than the other options. I am a bit disappointed that the small internal zipper came off because that compartment is important to be, and the fraying of the seams means I have to be careful with it, so I don't use it nearly as often as my similar bags, which I use weekly. Because of these sewing flaws, I will probably only use it when I travel with a rolling suitcase and expect to need and extra bag for the return trip. If these issues are improved it could be a good bag.

Really awesome durable bag! Our family travels a ton and have similar higher priced bags like this but I was wanting something larger.This bag is super easy to toss into your suite case for a ‘just in case bag’ while traveling. Two great features are the shoe compartment and the panel that goes over the handle to a rolling suitcase so it doesn’t fall off.

Lightweight and convenient! This is my second bag by this brand. The portability is fantastic. The color is nice, but the fabric does feel a little plastic.

I gave this to my Mom and she loves the shoe section area that is kind of hidden. Really good quality bag. Larger than I anticipated but that's a good thing

This was bigger than expected, well made. I like the plastic compartment and shoe compartment. Was easy to roll back up for storage.

I will be rafting the Colorado River for a week, and I needed a durable 12x12x24 soft-sided duffle bag that will go into my dry bag. This bag is slightly smaller in depth and slightly larger in height, but I can deal with that by not packing it all the way to the top. It seems well made, and I like that it folds up and zips into its own pocket. I’m looking forward to trying it out!
