It is just really cheaply made. The center divides are poorly made and hard to keep lined up

the worst purchase I've ever made in my life besides that I bought it used it was missing pieces the rice which is the smallest does not come out

I love the machine and it’s what I wanted however it came broke and I had to send it back so I was a little disappointing because I needed to use it right away.

I like the usefulness of the product as described. Also, expected to receive new product because I paid for new one, not used. I’m returning this one. Unhappy with this purchase.
