Very nice faucet had ordered two different ones chose a black faucet instead to go with my farmhouse kitchen

Just installed my second one in ten years. This product is exactly as it appears. Nice heavy weight, no cheap plastic parts that you touch. A couple of couplings and parts underneath that are, but nothing that needs to be brass. The longevity on these could be a little bit better, but for <$300, ten years was acceptable enough to me that I bought a second one. The finish was not a problem, the general function was not a problem, just some of leaking around the handles after 10 years of fairly heavy use (five of us, plus we host most family get-togethers throughout the year). Installation was pretty straightforward and easy, as long as you have enough space to wiggle your way into the cabinet and up behind the sink, anyone can install it themselves. I was shocked that Amazon had this faucet cheaper than anywhere else I could find it (online or in-store). And not by just a little bit! Next closest price was $150 MORE than Amazon.

This faucet works very well in our 1700's kitchen with a farm sink. It's not too large so blends in nicely with the old-style kitchen. After using it for 3 years, we found a little pitting on the faucet (the part that swings over the sink). After searching for the part for weeks, I sent a note about it through the Danze website form answering all their sternly worded questions about putting in my address, etc. After about 3 weeks, they just mailed me a new part - no questions asked, with no additional communication (except notification that it was coming) after THREE years of using the faucet. The faucet has a nice weight, is beautiful and works great - sprayer too (we just spray it into the sink after turning the faucet off so it doesn't leak). I got a Danze soap dispenser too - it's OK. But the faucet is amazing, and we so appreciate the excellent customer service.

I love how this faucet looks, but after only a year it's not working. Starts making a loud hammering noise when turned on. Also whistles and the pressure is not consistent. Expensive faucet so I was expecting it to last longer. I've emailed their support and am hoping they will help me resolve the issue. If they do, I will update this review. thanks!UPDATE: They were very responsive and sent me new parts, but my plumber said it'd be hundreds of dollars to fix those parts and then because they are so cheap, they'll break again. He said these faucets are not good quality despite the price. I emailed Gerber and they said I could fix it myself and gave me directions. I'm fairly handy and tried but now the thing is leaking all over the place. One of the internal plastic parts I had to remove no longer seals when I put it back in, so it's leaking now (and still whistling). Ugh. I ordered a $700 Kholer faucet today and will have to pay for a plumber to install. This faucet was a complete waste of money. Very disappointed with Gerber and will NOT buy their products again.

I love this faucet and sprayer! It looks amazing. I think the only reason the black is so much more expensive is because it's popular now and the company knows it can get a higher price. The cheapest one was chrome finish. The next most expensive was stainless steel... The black was ridiculously expensive. Over $600. but What the heck YOLO! It was easy to install and it looks great!
