Cleanse your skin & apply your favorite serum & moisturizer to your face & neck. Neck: Starting from your collarbone, roll the smooth end of the roller upward on your neck & downward from your jaw to collarbone. Glide the Gua Sha on the front & back of your neck to relieve tension. Cheeks & Chin: Roll the smooth end of the roller in an outward motion. Glide the curved side of the Gua Sha in an outward motion. Eyes: Roll the short roller horizontally from the inner to the outer corner of your eye Forehead: Roll the smooth end of the roller upwards starting from your eyebrows to hairline.
