Excellent product for homemade baking and cooking!
Judee's Cream of Tartar is an excellent choice when your homemade baking or cooking calls for Cream of Tartar. I use it exclusively in creating homemade baking powder. I get a better rise and texture in baked goods, and they do not have the metallic, bitter taste that store bought baking powder can lend to homemade cooking. Many people have become aware of the toxic amounts of aluminum used in conventional commercial baking powder. There is a plethora of information, recipes, and suggestions online, and in cooking books, on how one can safely create and use homemade baking and cooking products as opposed to using those normally purchased in food stores. A natural remedy
So far so good. I bought it to make an adrenal tonic mixed with sea salt, cot and lemon or lime juice first thing in the morning. Seems to be working. I told my mom to buy it to help with UTI’s and she says she feels great and she also noticed she is sleeping better through the night.
