Great company and great value for the money
I bought the iSpring filter set in 2020, and it has been working fine (it is now 2023). I love the taste of the water, and am happy knowing that all the bad stuff, including flouride, has been removed.Getting all of these replacement filters for this price is amazing. I recommend iSpring to all my friends.

Great tech support!
I received the filters for replacement on my existing RO system (not iSpring) and they seemed perfect. All went smoothly until I found my faucet required a larger fitting to connect. I tried going through Amazon's app for support but they misdirected me to the wrong company. I contacted iSpring support directly and they were great, immediately sending me, at no cost, a larger elbow fitting that was perfect to complete the install.

Great product, works better with pressure regulator piece. Should be included at time of purchase or buy separately/directly from manufacturer. Pressure regulator piece eliminates/prevent leaks.
