This container of Himalayan pink salt was fresh and flavorful. The color was good and the grind was fine. I like Himalayan pink salt for the healthful properties, plus it can be a fun addition to brighten up the dinner table. :)Besides for cooking, Himalayan salt can be used as a soothing bath salt when soaking in the bath tub.My only suggestion might be to put on a different cap that has a pour spout and shaker option. That would make it so you could easily pour into smaller container (or bath!) or shake directly from large container. But other than that I think it's an excellent purchase for a very reasonable price.

I have purchased Himalayan pink salt for several years. The previous brand I had purchased is not available. This was a great value. Large container.... I would have purchased a smaller container... but definitely not a show stopper. The grains are quite a bit larger than the other brand, but after using this, I really prefer this to the extra fine. I would purchase again when needed. I hope it will be available. This will last a while.

Arrived Dec 12, 2020 for only $5.43 w/ S&S.This worked out cheaper than most 5lb bags per oz. and it has an awesome tri-select pouring top: the usual where you can scoop a measuring spoon in, a shaker and an 'ultra fine' shaker too.We usually buy coarse Himalayan salt for our grinder, but there are times where a pre-ground (real) salt on hand is a lot more convenient.

I really really like how fine this salt is. It comes in a 2.5 lb package so I put it in a smaller salt shaker for everyday use. This salt will last me a long time and it is great tasting. This salt will definitely be a staple when it comes to my everyday cooking!

First off, the reason I chose this particular Himalayan sea salt was because it had a shaker. But in fact, IT DOES NOT. When I unscrewed the cover, the foil underneath was loose. I peeled off the cardboard under the lid, but there still wasn’t a shaker to be found.

Cannot believe it took this long for salt to catch up to the whole ‘organic/natural/free of xyz’ fad. Regardless this is a great product and you can certainly tell the difference between this and processed salt.

We’ve tried the course salt as well and like them both. While the jug certainly isn’t an eyesore, generally end up transferring it to something more eye catching. All in all tasty salt can’t complain

I use sea salt instead of regular table salt because it gives the flavor without the harshness and damage to your body. This pink rendition of sea salt is a blend with other granules that has a refreshing salt taste yet not as strong as table salt and much better on your health. Really good table salt substitute.
