The fit was perfect, you can adjust it on how tight you want it. The packaging was a cute pink cardboard box. My neck did not turn green and I was sweating. My only complaints are the lil hook was already rusted and didn't look good and the price can definitely be lower. But overall worked for the Dimond and denim theme bday party.
