Q: I just received this item. there's nothing to stop the ice from melting all over the place as you use it. it's just 2 pieces. am i missing something?

Apply the cup directly onto the affected area for 10-15 minutes at a time for up to three times per day. 3. During treatment, check your skin regularly for any signs of redness or discomfort to ensure proper care of your body. 5. Make sure to take breaks between treatments and apply a layer of moisturizer after each treatment session if necessary. 6. Use a towel at one end to soak the water from melting ice.
