A Great Device For Your Viewing Delight.
This is an impressive piece of kit that does so much more than just an HDMI Extender. That is the reason it costs more but you really are getting value for money. Now I, hand on heart, have not used all the many features.I could do the old cut and paste but the makers have don a great job in describing all the features.Plus they seem to answer all the technical questions well.I would take into account my fellow reviews remarks about Sky Q but all in all this is a wonderful, value for money device that performs well and delivers what you want and where you want it.Thanks for reading.

Does not work with sky q boxes
Picture and sound quality great but and it's quite a big but it does not control sky q boxes using the original remote. You will have to purchase a new ir remote for your sky q box to enable you to use this as sky q boxes use bluetooth not ir. I even contacted the seller and they did not seem to know this as they said they would send new ir receiver and transmitter when I told them it did not work ( not that it ever arrived)

Quality product, worth the money
I started writing a detailed review but it would be too long and you don’t need it. EZCOO offers an outstanding range of quality professional/amateur gear. You can read in the description the specs of this set and details of the functionality offered. I can’t claim to have tested every aspect but it’s done everything I’ve asked of it, so far, and done it well. Video and audio fidelity are maintained throughout. You get a comprehensive set of equipment for your money and installation isn’t difficult, if you’re technically minded. This may cost a lot more than a simple HDMI extender but that’s because you get so much more in the box, and with significantly more-advanced specs. If you need the features offered by the set, it’s well worth the money. It was only £155 for a couple of weeks in May but I doubt if any vouchers were available then. There’s a 30% voucher on offer right now, bringing the price down to £139.99.

Great product ,worths its money.
This is a bit more expensive HDMI extender ,but in the end you get what you have paid for.Have had cheaper ones trying to get good signal and maintain the picture -video quality for both my tv’s.This is exactly what I initially needed. The video is just as using a cable straight on my tv.The hdmi extender installation difficulty level was medium.Better if you already have some experience with this devices.Pretty versatile ,works well with different media devices. The product came in nicely packaged ,no damageat all.It feels pretty heavy .What the box includes:1.HDMI Extender Transmitter x12.HDMI Extender Receiver x13.Power Adapter x14.IR Emitter x15.IR Receiver x16.Mounting Ear x27.HOOK&LOOP x28.Reusable Cable Tie x2 User Manual x1Overall this is a good product .Value for money!

Works perfectly - better than a long HDMI cable and for longer distances too
I ordered this HDMI extender with a view for using it for various purposes and also potentially when travelling. In the end, I used this extender to connect my iMac with a HD monitor on the other side of the room. There is an instruction manual provided that details how to set up the extender system. There is also a diagram etched on the base of each unit detailing the setup. The kit consists of a transmitter, a receiver, a 3.5 mm to 3.5mm cable plus a 24 V DC power source to be used with the transmitter. A network cable is not included, though wall fixings are.The manual recommends the use of Cat 6 or at 7 cable, though Cat 5e can also be used. In my case, I used a Cat 8 ethernet cable to connect the transmitter and receiver units together. Then, I firstly connected the transmitter end using a DisplayPort to HDMI cable and plugging this into the HDMI port of the transmitter. Secondly, I then connected the Receiver to an HDMI cable plugged into the HDMI port of the destination monitor. Note that the transmitter can be connected to any HDMI source you like. It can also be used to connect sound optically, but I did not use this feature. This setup worked instantly, with the destination monitor being identified over the extender connection correctly as a 'Samsung' monitor. I was able to view the display as a second, extended desktop on the other side of the room. This means that I can use the iMac even when it is positioned on the other side of the room. The instructions are comprehensive and the unit allows for IR remotes to be used as well as optical cables for sound. In this case, I had no need to use these features, but they are handy to have. There is also a fixing kit supplied. This consists of two brackets for each of the transmitter and receiver with screws. These brackets attach to the base of the units and allow them to be fixed to a surface. This is a good idea due to the bulky nature of HDMI cables, though I have found the units stay pretty stable on a desk. Stick on rubber/silicone feet may also be useful for this purpose, though they are not supplied. These units allow HDMI signals to be transmitted over a distance without loss using a network cable rather than an HDMI cable. It is most suitable for cases where it would be impractical to run a long HDMI cable. Examples include hotel rooms, giving presentations and it the office. These units worked straight out of the box and worked well, so I can recommend them.
