Perfect supper
I have this every day in the evening with oat meal and orange juice added. Perfect nutrition, protein plus hydration. (Savoury for breakfast is best ie peanut butter or Vegemite with tomatoes etc on bread.) This one even had the muscle fruit papaya in it. Fabulous.
