G16 started to make improvements within 2 weeks. It took quite a few months for my teen to figure out how much to use and how often ( once a day wasn't enough, twice a day was too much, so she uses it twice on even numbered days, and only once on odd numbered days). The improvement has been dramatic! It will never go away completely, but now the patches are smaller and flatter, such that it can be concealed with makeup.
