It states on the plug in 110V. Does not refer to 220V at all. Maybe with a converter.

how many lines can be called?

This model connects to a single analog (POTS) line, so effectively just one call. But that call can be made to a Conference Calling service to connect to multiple callers or by utilizing "multiple party" dialing features (three way calling) available on your phone service or your business phone system.

Is there a cordless headset that you can use with this speaker phone?

No, the cord to the conference phone is a RJ45 plug that carries power and phone line to the unit. A headset base needs to be in line and will not work
