stated dose is too powerful for me.
You're suppose to take two aday, either together one after each meal. I found these too powerful for me; giving me the runs even when I reduced to one aday. So after this purchase I will be looking for weaker suppliemnt.

Helps stop acid reflux
Lots of different opinions regarding whether acid reflux is caused by too much acid or not enough acid. Tried PPI's and they set my acid reflux off. Been taking this ACV for about a month and my reflux has almost disappeared.

For me, there is no issues with aftertaste. Be sure to drink plenty of water as directed.
I was drinking apple cider vinegar mixed with liquid for a long time and disliked the taste but dealt with it cuz I was hoping it would help lower my glucose/carbs level. I happen on this product and I'm very happy with it. I chose it due to good reviews. It does cost more than liquid apple cider vinegar, but you aren't exposing your teeth/throat to the vinegar,plus the bad taste.

Haven’t seen any results yet , not sure if I’m supposed to, but I’m on my second bottle already. It can’t be bad for you, maybe it helps with digestion lol
