Defective bristles
Shortly after using the brush the bristles started going back into the brush.It does a great job brushing through tangles but not worth the money yet, and I’ve only used it for about two weeks.

I own the regular and small size and wanted an extra this one is garbage ! The bristles are pulling out and all pushed inside like the photos from other reviewers. The brushes I’ve got from Ulta a year or two ago are still in perfect condition... the amazon one is not !
