This is nice because it can be work loose like a necklace (think flava flave) and is not constricting if you want your dog to wear it all the time. It can’t nor shouldn’t be used with a leash though. Our dog sometimes bolts off to have his own fun and this will ensure if he does the license/phone will be on him. There aren’t many people who will go through the trouble of the chip scan, or maybe but it’s good to have this as a backup.

UPDATE: I reached out to the company and they very quickly and apologetically issued a refund. It seems like I may have gotten a defective item, so hopefully no one else has this experience!Original review: This collar, while cute, lasted all of 2 days! My medium sized mutt managed to somehow easily and quietly break one attachment...which made the collar almost choke her! This is a pretty terrible flaw and can be really dangerous for any dogs who wear this!

Very light weight. Size needs to be readjusted occasionally. Nice for just having a name tag on, our dog eats a harness for walks.

My dog has been wearing the adorable Paracord lace for 3 months and I found it stuck on the zipper of my dog's bed and it had ripped apart. Super cute but defective.

Perfect for dog ID tag! My dog usually wears a harness for walks (vs a collar) and she doesn’t like wearing a collar 24/7 but this doesn’t bother her at all! So she can have our info on her and not be bothered
