Love my new bag! As others have said, zippers are hard to use but that is expected for a new bag. The pockets are smart and great. The dark grey color is just what I was looking for. I didnt want the ‘vinyl’ at the bottom so picture was accurate as it is completely material (zero vinyl). Delivery was as promised. Can’t speak for durability yet but it sure looks sturdy and well-made. This bag will be great for work and travel!! If you like what you see from pics, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy!

Nice colors, functional compartments. Even have an inside compartment for phone. What I liked the most was the laptop compartment and a little front compartment for glasses, the texture inside is soft so this is something else, the only bad thing is that doesn't have a place for water bottle at the sides, but doesn’t bothers me. Also have the representative Herschel trade mark.

Got a good deal with their free shipping promo. I've been using my last Herschel bag for years now and the quality is still superb. I expect this new bag to be the same.
