do you need a clear coat on top of this product?

I just called the Toyota dealer and asked this exact question. This paint has clear coat premixed so adding clear coat on top is not necessary.

Can use this for a gray Honda Accord

Technically it's gray paint so you can use it on any car, or frankly anything you want. But what I think you're looking for would be "Genuine Honda Accord" paint.

Does thos work on 2016 Silver Tacoma?

This isn’t the silver color. This is the dark gray color. You probably need silver metallic.
