The nice thing is that only gross motor skills are required to get the tourniquet. No buttons, snaps, or velcro. The TekLok belt attachment clamped around my duty belt and locked into place. No need to remove items from the belt in order to slide the holder into place. The TekLok comes with a pair of spacers so that it can accommodate smaller width belts, but I removed both and it is a perfect, snug fit. The locking mechanism ensures it will not come undone. The lock is similar to that used on most Taser holsters. - Finally, the shipping. I selected regular ground and was given an estimated delivery date of approximately one week. The seller used USPS and my holder arrived in 48 hours. The only downside is that the tourniquet fits into the holder in a very specific way.
