what is the most outstanding advantage of this Resistance Bands?

Convenience is the biggest thing imo. I have CHF and COPD. So I have to exercise to strengthen my heart. Plain fact. Learning how to use one ain't difficult. You don't have to wear fancy gym clothes. All I have to do is take the ribbon out of my pocket. And use it for a bit as I build my endurance. Fancy weights and machines simply aren't convenient. My rehab instructor showed me a plastic barbell, some tubing with a pair of handles, and this green Theraband ribbon with a knot tied on each end. I was fascinated. Thing is, I'm a big boy, and really need the blue tape. If you do a little research, there's all kinds of ways to use this band. It's the wave of the future. Relatively cheap, it's the way to go for most folks.
