BROKEN RIGHT OUT OF THE PACKAGE
The media could not be loaded. I ordered these to try my hand at making dumplings. One was inoperable right out of the package.None of the package materials were damaged at all. So this had to be damaged before packing at the factory. So, I am not sure of what to do. I may send them back.I would contact the manufacturer but there was no contact information in the package.

Gift for son. It works but is flimsy and you often have to hold “petals” to get a full seal on bao.

Sizing difference
I thought it will come in three different sizes like it’s shown in the picture but they’re all the same. Frustrating.

Plastic item is easy break since I tried to be careful with it but it was too much. I donated it to Goodwill.

Not three different sizes
These are 3 pieces of the same size. Not good for making dumplings but pretty fun for playdough.

Watching video is fun, but not making dumpling yourself.
Returned it all for various reasons. The dumpling did not close properly. To watch video of this unit is fun, but while you make it yourself, it's not fun at all. Wasted time, and fillings I prepared for the dumpling.

wife tried this item and we are angry that we were fooled by this junk does not work at all ... do not waste your time or money on this item...

The picture is deceiving?
when you look at the picture,it looks like 3 different sizes. I got 3 same sizes.I don't like it!
