So Much More Than Just A Coffee Table Book
Great book that is incredibly informative about the graffiti artist community in the NYC area. The pictures are spectacular and really capture the styles of each borough.

Love it and recommend
I bought this book because New York Times recommended it. I really like graffiti art in the Greater New York area (heart broken when 5Pointz was demolished) and the author presented it in a very neat and fascinating fashion. The book brings us so close to the modern street art made by the grassroots people from the greatest city in the world. I enjoyed it and think it's worth the money.

Really loving the fine array of coffeetable books and art critiques that NetGalley ...
Graffiti Murals by Patrick Verel is a free NetGalley ebook that I read in mid-August. Really loving the fine array of coffeetable books and art critiques that NetGalley has come to offer, I looked forward to giving this book a try. This book begins with a whole lot of why (urban studies theses) before eventually going into the what (absolutely brilliant graffiti tags and murals in New York's boroughs, New Jersey, and Philadelphia).
