Is there a way to hide the speaker cables?

The only cables are the power cables, but no there is no way to hide them, if you mean can you run the cables in the stand? No, I just run the cords behind my TV stand

They aren’t. Just sit on top of the stands. The speakers are heavy enough where they don’t move—even at louder volume.
