This is an excellent, but pricey, food. My dog has eaten nothing but this and she actually likes it a lot. She is a rescue and came to us with malnutrition and I have to say that she thrives on this food.

We have a very picky goldendoodle and she eats this (and the canned version) right up!

My boy has had a plethora of issues. His skin, his ears, and especially his GI system. Once upon a time I had to make his dog food, it got that bad. I came across this food, somehow I received a sample. I decided to give it a try and he’s been on it ever since. His skin is great, he’s ears are great, his stomach still acts up here and there, but he has a diagnosis. It’s par for the course. I highly recommend trying this food, it has done wonders for my boy.

We were looking for a healthy kibble food alternative for our pitbull (Goofy) because the regular store sold brands are very unhealthy - they are processed, do not have any nutritional benefits, and quite frankly nasty. Even the ones that claim to be healthy are only a tad healthier than the others. Read the ingredients and do some research to find out what the ingredients are - nasty. They may cost less but in the long run our pets are like our children and part of the family. We all want the best for them. Goofy loves the Bixbi food. He did from the very beginning. It costs quite a bit more but it's well worth it to keep him happy and healthy. Highly recommend.

I used only bag of this food. It’s actually great food for your dog if you can stand the smell. Just a weird and awful smell to me and the dogs would smell like it all day too. Switched to different food after they finished 1st bag.

I finally found a dogfood that my rescue can tolerate well. He has allergies. This has been great, and he loves it. However, my vet and nearly every veterinarian I or my friends take their dogs to have seen heart issues with grain free dog foods that use legumes especially, or potatoes. But it takes about 4-5 years. So I have to find something to rotate this with. I love that they have simple ingredients. Wish they made the same one, only with beef and white rice, quinoa, or other healthy grains. Or pork and white rice. (white rice is lower PH, for dogs that tend to have a high ph and form struvite crystals).

We have gone through so many brands trying to get our picky dog to eat her kibble and Bixbi is the only food she will eat without the need to add chicken or pour butter all over it. I love that it is minimally processed and there are no "MEALS" in it. We have switched our cats to Bixbi as well. It doesn't stink like most kibble. Have it set on subscription. We love it.
