I wear this for twice a day for an hour each and I’ve lost probably about 20 pounds in a few months since it was purchased. I do also workout a few times a week and use supplements. So it’s not just the fat freezing belt as a factor here. I use the knobby thing to massage away cellulite and I it produces better results than when I just use the belt alone

I like it,I have been using it for a month and I do see a change in my stomach and waist,it does help with my back pain...I love it.

I do not know if I can like or dislike this product because the pieces were just loose in a box. Could you possibly send the instructions to me? I would appreciate that.

It's a great product, pretty gold but gets better with more use. I have seen a bit change in my belly but I'll come back and let you know if it works.

Haven't used this long enough to know if it works, but it is VERY COLD on the sensitive stomach and side areas. Will update!
