Use for my arthritic lower back. Gives off a steam effect so you don’t have that corn smell. Very soft and comfy. Heats quickly. Perfect size, not too big and not too small.

I am happy with this purchase. It heats up easily in the microwave and the shape of the pad fits nicely over my shoulder. It appears to be well made, and the fabric is soft and not slippery, so it stays in place. I do only use it as a heating pad so have not tried putting it in the freezer to use as an ice pack.

Good item . I have one that is the blue velour and love it . This one is little bit bigger to catch the drop off of my shoulder. My original one had a velour bag that you microwaved it in - this one does not it’s just a cheap little bag so I don’t micro the bag just the wrap . It works fine . I micro 1:30 seconds .

I am no doctor - only sharing my experience. I must have slept wonky on my right shoulder. The pain the radiated down my arm from my shoulder was horrible. I took the meds for awhile and tried another heating pad but nothing. Dr gave me steroids ... nope. Then I found this ... the warmth. The moisture that was instant calming. Changed my pillow to flat. This heating wrap. Pain relief as needed. Slept only on my back for awhile. Pain is now gone. It took about a month and I did not find this until the last week of it, but pain was still a 5 out of 10. And now, this warms me up coming in from the cold. So comforting. HIGHLY recommend and buying for friends as a gift.

Very good product easy to heat in the microwave. They’re very comfortable. It holds the heat for quite a while. Good for anyone who needs relief for hot or cold wrap

This are not bad, although should have a higher neck; but we have order more than one, and some are not filled evenly, the side of one had halve the fill than should be.

These are so versatile. Can use on back, legs, shoulder, neck etc. I found heating in the microwave for about 90 secs works well. They get warmer after they sit for a few minutes.
