## Questions & Answers

**Q: can these be printed on with a inkjet printer?**
A: They are probably too rigid to run through a printer of any sort. What you might consider doing is printing labels and then adhering the label to the mailer

**Q: Are these actually rigid? or are they bendable like the usps priority/express mail envelopes?**
A: Rigid but light weight. They do not bend, which is exactly what we need to mail photos and important documents. Can highly recommend for these purposes.

**Q: Should I add cardboard inserts or are these rigid enough to protect art prints from being bent in shipping?**
A: You can fit one piece of cardboard. That’s what I did to ship paintings on paper! It worked great.

**Q: How thick (how many points) is this paperboard? Does it bend? Don't want to pay package price at post office.**
A: The envelopes will not bend easily.

This is the second time I have purchased these rigid mailers from Juvale. Simply put these are overall the best! They arrive packaged with great care including a foam bumper around the mailers. Now to the mailers... The rigid quality is exceptional. The adhesion is superb. I was made aware of this when I once had to reopen the mailer having forgotten to insert an item. It was difficult and I'm happy about that. I don't have to worry about it opening en route or waste packing tape to ensure it stays closed. The person receiving it won't have any difficulty because there is a pull-tab to open the mailer. Also, I have never had anyone contact me to say the mailer arrived damaged or bent. Are they a little pricey? Perhaps, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for and I definitely got my money's worth.
