All sides. Only lasted about a month with 2 adults using it

Is this fabric or plastic? My child wets through every night and I want a plastic cover that I can wipe.

This is plastic easy to just wipe down and not have to take off like the fabric ones mattress hasnt been damaged either after a few accidents
