This is a really great book. It’s about diversity, authenticity and positivity. The case examples are really good and the writing style clear and engaging. I liked the short sections and the diverse themes of the topics. A must read for anyone interested in positive leadership.

I really liked the mix of story and science to bring to life the gains of breaking the rules. Challenging the things 'that come naturally' and to which we are highly attached, - from our thinking habits through to social hierarchies - Gino gives us a blueprint for rebel leadership highlighting the constructive role rule-breaking can play.
