If it is a small to a medium size flash light you can put one of the holders to the back of the backpack. Your medicine can fit on the top self on the back of the backpack facing your back. The binder might be an issue along with the radio. I carry my work lessons in a different bag because it is large and fat. The portable charge has it’s own pocket in inside the backpack. The speaker I have is the ihome small speaker the size of a fist.
